Cancellation Policy

✨ £20 Deposit Required, would not be refunded in *NO SHOW* situation or cancellations without 72 hour previous notice. ✨Your appointment can be rescheduled once, if necessary, with 24hrs notice. It is not subject to cancellation on the second appointment. ✨Cancellations and full refund of the deposit will only be accepted by giving notice up to 72 hours before scheduling. ✨ We kindly ask you to arrive with maximum of 10 minutes in advance, up to 10 minutes late will also be tolerated.
